Q: How do I reserve a session and find out about the availability?
A: Please kindly fill out the form through the “contact” menu link up above and I will get back to you as soon as possible with the pricing, availability, and details for your session or event.

Q: What is the turnaround time and its delivery?
A: The turnaround time would depend on the photography tasks in hand. Outside of Wedding photography, which could take two to three weeks, other sessions normally be completed in a week and sent to you via DVD media through ground shipping. If urgent, I can make certain pictures/sizes available to download. In the mean time, highlights pictures will be delivered to you for samples and viewing pleasure.

Q: Do I need to put in deposit money on any of the mentioned services?
A: Wedding photography is the only service that require $200 deposit money. It is in play when you need to reserve more than 3 months in advanced. This is primarily to secure the date when turning other reservation away for the same date.

Q: What is the cancellation policy and its penalty if any?
A: I understand that things come up and flexible with the cancellation/re-scheduling. There is one exception with wedding photography reservation that was made 3 months in advanced. It is $200 penalty and non-refundable.

Q: How long does each session take?
A: Wedding photography is a little different where the time expected is set according to the package. For other sessions, it is a minimum of 2hrs and flexible. I am willing to stay longer to ensure that your expectation are met.

Q: What is the preferable payment options?
A: Cash or check is preferable and accepted.

Q: What equipment do you use?
A: I shoot with a full-frame Canon 5D Mark 2 and utilize a wide range of Canon professional lenses and flashes. I’m also bring plenty of memory cards and batteries as backups.

Q: What is the recommended photo album?
A: I found fina online (click here) and mpix (click here) being easy to use and reliable. On related note, I’ve seen others using shutterfly and they did quite well. At the end of the day, it is depend on the budget.
