Asian fashion show 2010

When first being asked to help with the photography for the Asian Fashion Show, I didn’t know what to expect. I soon found out how much effort and planning that was put forth on the event. You can tell that everyone has been working hard on each of their parts and it paid off seeing the event with such a huge success. Congratulation to Angela and those who were involved.I was blessed just trying to capture some of the events. :)

Baby Daniel in spring 2010

Today was memorable being able to see the son of two of my longtime good friends. I know both Derrick and Sarah since my freshman year in college and today was my first time seeing their son since the one month old photo shoots. Baby Daniel is adorable, handsome, and love to smile. I had so much hanging out with them again and seeing how adorable baby Daniel truly is. I’m blessed!

New addition to the family

I had recently adopted a new friend and just got it today. It is 70-200mm 2.8L IS and was bought as a second hand. I’m pleased with the result so far and I hope that the extra zoom will be handy taking pictures of baby and perhaps with the couples at wedding. :)

Baby Giselle with roses and toys

Baby Giselle’s photo shoots session for the month of February revolve Valentine’s roses and toys. Thanks to her family, her playing area is complete with set with roses and toys to keep her company.

As you can she, she was adorable as usual wearing cute dresses with little ballerina shoes. She also showed that she’s getting more mature being able to eat solid food and touch her toe. It was overall another memorable time with baby Giselle and her family. :)

Baby Giselle on the CNY

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival for many is considered as the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. I myself have various fond childhood memories visiting relatives and receiving red envelops (a symbol of prosperous/happiness). I always thought it’s the greatest time of the year being a able to collect some savings for the dream toy. :) On the same note, my mother of course always reminded me that this occasion is all about paying respect to the elders.

The Chinese New Year for this year is in Feb. 14th and what a great way to prepare for the occasion for baby Giselle’s family than getting some pictures taken with the outfit and Chinese decorations. She was adorable as you can see in this blog post and you can tell that her mother has been working hard in getting her first Chinese New Year ready. Thanks to baby Giselle’s family for all the help with the photo shoots session, it was memorable and everyone truly enjoyed witnessing how adorable she is. :

Baby Giselle on the holiday season

There is always something to be joyful about in the holiday season. For the family in the picture album, it was baby Giselle. It was so nice seeing her and the family again. They are friendly and very creative. This photo session is revolving the holiday spirit with red and green color scheme. The photo session started with mom’s idea in placing the baby inside of the gift box and ended with family pictures full of smiles. Baby Giselle is surely a gift and blessing to the family. :)
