MPIXPRO + Custom DVD Case

I was excited when finding out that my first MpixPro’s custom order has arrived today. :) It is a two sided custom DVD magnetic case for Neil & Ly’s wedding. I have chosen Jamie Schultz’s clean style since it fits my flavor of design, white minimalist look and feel. Overall, I am impressed and pretty happy with the result. From the way the order was packaged, the texture of the cover, to the superb quality of the print out. I was blown away. Great job MpixPro and thank you for the kind “thank you” card. Thank you! :)

Momentdia photography is now an approved mpixpro client. What this mean is that I can extend the requested photography service beyond to just capturing moments, adding professional printing touches when requested. If anyone is interested, please let me know. I received the catalog for different products offered and large number of high quality paper samples (see the displayed picture) that you can take a look at. I also received the 5 submitted files for test print and I’m satisfied with the high quality that I’ve gotten.

New addition to the family

I had recently adopted a new friend and just got it today. It is 70-200mm 2.8L IS and was bought as a second hand from a friend. I’m pleased with the result so far and I hope that the extra zoom will be handy taking pictures of baby and perhaps with the couples at wedding.

* Update: The lens as advertised does produce a sharp image even at its 200mm. One thing worth noting is that the IS make a little but noticeable noise when the shutter button was pushed half way. It sounded like a whirling sound as the IS gets engaged. I was little surprised at first, but that’s how it works. It’s just my ear being little too sensitive :)
